The best help, worth time and money!! I am not a person who usually pays for a tutor, I am more of a figure it out myself kind of person. So I was hesitant at first to have him tutor me, but it was the best decision. He is so reasonably priced and the best help I have ever gotten. He respects our time as students and tries to show you the quickest easiest way of solving things. I wish that I could have him tutor me for all of my classes because not only is he wicked smart he also is a cool dude to be around. Would highly recommend having him tutor you whether you are struggling or not because he shows you how to be more efficient.read more

Blue was an incredible tutor for Math 141 (Calculus for Business). He explained the concepts in a very simple manner and helped me think through the sections I had trouble in with ease. Myself, being someone who normally struggles with all things math, breezed through this course and received an A in the course! I would recommend him to anyone taking a math course at CSU.read more

I've never considered math easy until I started working with Blue! His tutoring is easy and very to the point, which is perfect for a busy student! Working with Blue has been one of the most helpful and best decisions I made all year. Math has never been one of my strong points and I was scared about the math courses I had to take this year. Blue worked with me at a comfortable pace and made sure that I was grasping all the concepts before we moved onto the next unit. I used Blue as a tutoring resource this semester for Math 141 - Calculus in Management Studies. I consistently felt lost during the lectures, so being able to sit down one-on-one with Blue made a huge difference. He makes the material much more digestible, and as a result of that I received an A in the class. This is the most repeated class at CSU, so save yourself the time and money of having to retake the class and just go see Blue the first time around! Blue is knowledgable, easy going, and the only reason Pace was a breeze. He walks you through every problem and explains in a way that is easily understandable. He was worth every penny and it takes one hour session for one unit with an entire pace course requires only four tutoring sessions saving tons of time especially during a busy semester. If you are in a pace class, Blue is there to help you through it.read more

If you have a mental math blocks this is the guy! My first question to him was what if I can’t get it. He said that he has various teaching styles. Which he does! When I started Math 155, I hadn't taken a math class or even thought of math in five years! I was so scared to jump right into calculus and for the first half of the semester before I found Blue, I cried, A LOT. Homework took for forever, I didn't understand my teacher, and I couldn't get the help I needed at the Calculus Center. Once I started meeting with Blue just once a week, I felt so relieved! I was able to almost, if not completely, finish assignments with him in just one hour, and he taught me tricks and showed me tips that my actual teacher never did that made things so much easier to understand. I even had classmates coming to me for help! I got a B+ on the final exam and a B in the class, even when I thought I would surely fail. Thanks Blue, you rock!read more

Blue is honestly the best math tutor I've ever had. He will take the time to truly explain all elements of whatever you are working on. 10/10 would recommend him to anyone and everyone needing any form of math help. He helped me with a college algebra course and has even gone on to help me with some nursing-specific math and dimensional analysis. On top of that he's really down to earth and won't make you feel stupid for asking even the simplest of questions. The guy is legit!!!read more

MAT 141 was a challenging class, and has one of the highest failure/repeat rates at CSU. As a required course for a business major, and one where all material builds on the lessons from the previous day, it was important to get a good understanding early and build from there. Blue was instrumental in offering tips and tricks, and making recommendations for how to navigate both through the material and through the exams based on 20+ years of seeing the CSU coursework. I got an A in the class and there was no way I could have even passed it without Blue. It was a completely worthwhile investment, and Blue is a fantastic person to work with on a personal level as well. Thanks, Blue!read more
